Rental information

Every dress is rented for a standard period of three days: one day to pick up, one day to wear, and one day to return. This gives you time to get ready without rushing, and enough breathing room if your event runs into the next day. Need it for longer? Just ask us, extensions are possible in consultation.

To reserve your dress, we ask for a security deposit. The amount depends on the dress itself, more exclusive, fully embroidered pieces carry a higher deposit than our minimalist styles. You'll always know the exact amount before you book. When picking up your dress, please bring a valid ID. Your deposit is refunded within 2 to 5 business days after the dress is returned in its original condition.

Every dress is professionally cleaned by us after each rental, so you never have to worry about it. Please don't attempt to clean the dress yourself, simply enjoy your event and return it as it is. This is included in your rental price.

Fit matters. That's why every rental includes access to our own atelier for small adjustments, such as taking in the waist or hemming the length, completely free of charge.

Want to make a dress truly your own? We can also adjust sleeves, raise a neckline, lower a slit, and more, all tailored to your taste. Larger alterations like these are possible for an additional fee, always discussed and agreed with you beforehand.
